COMMUNITY
Columbia is the 13th happiest city in America

WalletHub
Do you ever get tired of Columbia being Marylandās golden child? Didnāt think so.
WalletHub just ranked us #13 on its list of the happiest cities in America. And weāre getting better. Last year, WalletHub had Columbia at #16.
They looked at 180 cities and used 29 key indicators of happiness to score every city. All indicators fit into three categories: emotional & physical well-being, income & employment, community & environment.
Surprisingly, Columbia ranked 162/180 for income & employment even though HoCo is the 6th highest earning county in America. But our stellar rank (3/180) for emotional & physical well-being pushed us way up the list.
For reference: Columbiaās overall score was 66.28. Baltimore, which ranked 172/180 was 40.28.

ANSWER: Whatās it worth?
On Monday, we asked you to guess the price of this house from one picture (and a tiny hint).
We stumped most of you, but we think youāll be pleasantly surprised. To live on Hobbits Glen Golf Club in this 3,435 square foot, 4 bed, 2.5 bathroom house will only set you back $850,000. Only 33% of you guess right.
Unfortunately for you, itās already pending. But itās never too late to look at the pictures.

JUST FOR FUN
Dog of the Week: Mimi

I can hear Mimiās voice in that second photo, āWHEEEEEEEEā
Mimi is a 9-week old puppy so that means all the puppy things. Sheās still working on potty training. Sheās a little skittish at first. And sheās learning how to be on a leash.
But sheās also super sweet and great with kids and other dogs. Sheāll love you forever if you rub her belly. And loving to her means kisses!
Mimi is 9 weeks old and weighs in a 6.5 pounds. The shelter thinks sheāll top out somewhere between 26ā60 pounds. A big range, I know but itās tough to know with rescue dogs.
Mimi is available for adoption with Small Miracles Cat & Dog Rescue but she is currently in foster care. To adopt Mimi, visit Small Miraclesā website for instructions.
